What data we collect

Account data: name, date of birth, email, phone, address. Verification data: passport or driving licence, proof of address. Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, play history. Technical data: IP, device type, browser, login times.

Why we collect it

To provide you with an account, process payments, meet legal obligations (KYC, AML), prevent fraud, monitor responsible gambling and contact you about the account. With your consent, also for marketing.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of: contract (your account agreement), legal obligation (KYC, AML), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, security) or consent (marketing, optional cookies).

How long we keep it

Account data: while it is active plus five years after closure (legal obligation). Transaction data: ten years (tax and AML rules). Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn. Technical logs: 12 months.

Who we share it with

Payment providers, KYC providers, regulators when required by law, and IT vendors (hosting, analytics) under a processor agreement. We never sell data to third parties.

International transfers

Some vendors are outside the UK and EU. We safeguard transfers with Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure (within legal limits), restriction, portability, objection to direct marketing and automated decisions. Send requests to privacy@blindluck.casino and we respond within 30 days.

We use cookies for functionality, analytics and marketing. Read our cookie policy.

Security

We use SSL, segmented databases, access controls and regular audits. In case of a breach that affects you, we notify within 72 hours.

Complaints
