Self-exclusion
More time away from play? Self-exclude for one, three or six months. You cannot log in or deposit. Remaining balance is paid out before the exclusion starts.
Permanent closure
Want to stop for good? Email support clearly stating that you want to close permanently. We action it within 24 hours. Balance is paid to your verified method.
Permanent closure is irreversible. Once closed you cannot open another account in your name. Data is archived as required by law (typically five years for financial data).
