Why responsible gambling matters
Gambling is entertainment. The moment it stops being fun, or starts costing more than you can afford, it is time to act. BlindLuck takes that seriously and offers tools for before, during and after play.
Deposit limits
The simplest and most effective measure is a deposit limit. Set a daily, weekly or monthly amount. When you hit it you cannot deposit until the period resets. Tightening a limit is immediate; loosening requires a 24-hour cool-off.
Loss and time limits
Beyond deposits you can set loss limits (max you can lose in a period) and session-time limits. Session reminders flag every 30 minutes with your net balance.
Self-exclusion and time-out
Need a break? Time-out from 24 hours to a week. More time? Self-exclude for one, three or six months. During these periods you cannot log in and you get no marketing.
Permanent closure
Want to stop for good? We close your account and archive your data as required by law. After permanent closure, reopening is not possible.
Recognise the signs
Ask yourself: are you playing more or higher than planned? Hiding it from those around you? Irritable when you cannot play? Using gambling to escape problems? More "yes" answers are a reason to slow down.
