Deposit limits

The simplest and most effective measure is a deposit limit. Set a daily, weekly or monthly amount. When you hit it you cannot deposit until the period resets. Tightening a limit is immediate; loosening requires a 24-hour cool-off.

Loss and time limits

Beyond deposits you can set loss limits (max you can lose in a period) and session-time limits. Session reminders flag every 30 minutes with your net balance.

Self-exclusion and time-out

Need a break? Time-out from 24 hours to a week. More time? Self-exclude for one, three or six months. During these periods you cannot log in and you get no marketing.

Permanent closure

Want to stop for good? We close your account and archive your data as required by law. After permanent closure, reopening is not possible.
